I find that bullying is very cruel, so that's why I created warning level. Each time someone bullies, you add a warning and when that green bar reduces to nothing,that person will be banned.

Yes, I simply fixed Raven's idea. Anyway, admin and mods are the only ones who can edit the warning level. To add a warning...GO to person's profile > find warning level > click this icon [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.], the a list of bars will show up > Edit what level you want, and click this icon [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] to confirm.

Note: Only admin and mods can edit warning level.
